Are CaseClub phone cases officially licensed?

All character designs and special collections available on the CaseClub website are officially licensed and legally authorized. Shop with confidence while supporting the original creators and their work.

Can I design my own phone case?

Yes! You can create your own custom phone case by uploading your personal photos, adding text, or decorating your design with over 300 stickers and frames. No design experience is required — simply create a case that’s uniquely yours.

Can I exchange my case if I’m not satisfied with it?

To give you confidence with every purchase, CaseClub offers a free case replacement within 7 days for products with manufacturing defects, damage, or designs that do not match your order. Simply contact our admin team to request a replacement.

How long does phone case delivery take?

Orders that are successfully placed and paid for before 10:00 AM each day will be prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are as follows:

1. Bangkok & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
2. Other provinces: 3–7 business days
3. (Excluding weekends and public holidays)

We also offer Click & Collect for customers who need their products quickly. Order online and collect your purchase at a store within 3 hours. Click & Collect is available at 5 main locations:

Can I receive my order on the same day?

Yes! With CaseClub Click & Collect, you can place your order online and choose to collect it at a store within 3 hours. Order today and pick up your purchase on the same day.
